2012 Membership Rates  (Jan.-Dec.)

 

  Cash or check only for Annual Membership payments  

 

Single:                                 $350  - day diving only

 

Single:                                 $380  - day & night diving, camping

 

Couple & Family:                    $520  - day & night diving, camping (includes children 5 yrs. & under)

                                          $100  - additional per child, 6-18 yrs. old

 

Instr./AI/DM:                         $300  - Cert., insurance & working with a dive store required

 

Instr./AI/DM Family:                $420  - Cert., insurance & working with a dive store required

                                           $100  - additional per child, 6-18 yrs. old

 

* To qualify for Instr./AI/DM rates, a copy of your current insurance must be on file.
* All fees apply to normal business hours

 

Winter Membership     $170     Valid from October 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012

Membership has its privileges and saves you money!

  • The benefits of membership at BSC can be measured easily and include:
    • Simple and quick member sign-in INSIDE the shop
    • Then show your membership card at the gate and you're in
    • 'Return on your money' after just ten (10) visits (with annual membership) - you do the math (for a single membership)

 

**  How to complete a BSC membership  **

 

** At your next visit, complete the membership application, sign a Liability Release, pay by cash, check or CC.

OR

**  Join by mail

 - print and fill in all information on the Membership Application

 - print and sign a Liability Release

 - mail both forms to BSC (address shown above in header) with your personal check OR credit card payment

    -- if using a CC, include name exactly as it appears on the credit card, and the expiration date

 - your Membership Card will be waiting for you at the BSC dive shop
